– Fact check content given by Team Members and start discussions in the comments for better engagement

Social Media Script Writer – 5 members:
– Write script for social media content; 1 short (less that a minute) script and 1 long (3 to 5 minutes) script every 2 weeks

Social Media Content Writer – 5 members:
Write social media content/caption with strategic hashtags; 2 content every 2 weeks

Newsletter Writer – 5 members:
– Write bi-monthly newsletter with updates regarding the environment and The Plantterra; 1 newsletter every 2 weeks
Events DepartmentDepartment Head – 2 members:
– Plan, organise and execute virtual events along with organisers and coordinate every work and ensure things go smooth

Virtual Event Organiser – 10 members:
– Plan, organise and execute virtual events; 1 event every 2 months organised as a team

Live Event Coordinator – 2 members:
– Coordinate with the month’s live event organiser (will be from any team) to ensure event works are going smooth
Human Resource DepartmentApplication Data Analyst – 3 members:
– Analyse data from The Plantterra’s official app and submit monthly reports

External Data Analyst – 3 members:
– Analyse environmental data from existing resources and submit monthly reports

Community Manager – 2 members:
– Organizes and manages The Plantterra’s slack and discord community to keep it safe and interactive

Recruitment Manager – 5 members:
– Creates strategies to get people to apply to The Plantterra team and The Plantterra’s events, and conducts interviews for new team applicants

Social Events Organizer – 5 members:
– Organize social events/celebrations within The Plantterra team

Well-Being Inspector – 1 member:
– Annual contact every member and check in to make sure everything is going smoothly
Keep track of member breaks and report to the department heads
Creates annual feedback forms

Outreach Executive – 3 members:
– Get in contact with organisation/brands for partnerships, promotions or sponsorship

– Keep track of every project and work along with different departments to help them sort out strategies for the projects

Design environmental art works to post for social media, thumbnails for YouTube and any design project of The Plantterra’s; 1 design every 2 weeks
